Plane evacuated due to engine smoke

A Korean Air Lines plane preparing to take off from a Tokyo airport had to evacuate its passengers after smoke came out of its left engine.

Korean Air Lines on Friday evacuated 319 passengers and crew from an aircraft preparing to take off from Japan’s Haneda Airport in Tokyo after its left engine caught fire. No injuries were reported, although about 30 passengers said they felt unwell, the state-owned broadcaster said. via –
