KOLKATA: Before the release Bengali film “Mi Amor”, starring Raima Sen and Parambrata Chatterjee, will be screened at the prestigious Busan International Film Festival. The director took to his Twitter handle to announce the good news.
Directed by National Award-winner Suman Ghosh, also expressed his excitement for his film getting selected along with the films by Majidi and Makhmalbaf. Said that “We had a lot of fun shooting and we also made it to Busan. Quite a journey indeed,” Ghosh told PTI. Shot in Miami, the film is to release on Bongflix.
“Thrilled that our idiosyncratic love story ‘Mi Amor’ is slated for a World Premier at the Busan International Film Festival. It is an official selection of the 2016 line up,” Ghosh tweeted.
