This eight-year-old girl Evnika Saadvakass just threw 206 punches in a minute. Can you believe it? YES, it’s unbelievable. She proved that she can gain her strength at a crucial moment and transcend herself.
Earlier she made a record of throwing 100 punches in a minute and recently she broke her own record with 200 punches in a minute.
The Kazakh family, who live in Voronezh in Russia, train five days a week – often in the woods outside their home. Evnika’s proud father spotted her emerging talent when she was just four.
Here’s the proud family for you.
When asked, why she likes to Punching, she said,”I like boxing because when I throw a side hook, and I hit hard, I like the sound it makes.”
The father, Rustam Saadvakass, was also a boxer and now is passing his fighting skills to Evnika and her six brother and sisters AND is also planning to introduce his younger kid to the ring who is just one and a half year old.
His boxer father Rustom is now training all of his seven children.
Rustram said: ‘I am deeply convinced that work with children should start at an early age. Not only because they understand everything at that age, but because any physical activity imprints into their memory and physiology.. So later on it will affect their mental capacity. I’m convinced of this.’
